What is Coaching?
Coaching is a booming, but fairly new field. Here is a quick explanation. Everyone knows what a personal trainer is at the gym. A Coach is like a personal trainer for people’s personal or professional goals instead of their bodies.
We all know a friend or colleague who says there’s never enough time to do the things they’d like to do in life. We’ve seen them get discouraged in their personal or professional goals, hit a complicated logistical patch, or simply want to make a change but can’t quite get it going.
As a Coach, I help people:
- clarify their most important goals,
- stay focused, and
- take action to achieve them.
Coaching adds support and accountability to help move the process forward more effectively. That’s the long and short of it. As a Coach, I am completely committed to helping you reach your goals whatever those goals might be – A job change, a move, a resolution, increased productivity, improving skills, improving relationships, changing habits, or striking out in a new direction.
